The Scope
Gozney came to Rejuvenate IT in 2019 looking to outsource their IT support requirements. Whilst the staff had a great level of technical knowledge, there were issues arising that were complicated and were taking up a lot of time to resolve. As Gozney were expanding at a fast rate, they knew these issues would continue to increase and they wanted an MSP that they could trust to handle them.
The Solutions
Initial Onboarding
Before executing any changes, Rejuvenate IT conducted thorough consultations with Gozney to understand their specific needs, growth plans, and technical requirements. This ensured that all solutions implemented were tailored to Gozney’s objectives. Our first priority was to stabilise the systems used by Gozney to guarantee functionality across all services. This was done swiftly by the Rejuvenate IT team and the issues that they had been facing were soon resolved.
Microsoft 365 Migration
Recognising the need for a more scalable and feature-rich platform, Rejuvenate IT led the migration process from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. As Gozney were using the full suite offered by Google, this was quite a large migration and had the potential to be extremely disruptive to Gozney Users. Both Email and File migrations were handled with minimal disruption to the users and were completed in a timely manner. This transition provided Gozney with access to a broader suite of tools and services, empowering their teams to collaborate more effectively and efficiently.
Office Relocation
In 2022, Gozney came to Rejuvenate IT with plans to relocate their office to the top floor of Bobby’s in Bournemouth Town Centre. In collaboration with Gozney’s team and designers, Rejuvenate IT provided technical insights and recommendations for the layout and setup of the new office space. This included considerations for optimal network infrastructure placement, power distribution, and equipment positioning to maximise efficiency and productivity.
Rejuvenate IT took charge of setting up individual workstations for Gozney’s employees. This involved configuring desktop computers or laptops, installing necessary software and applications, and ensuring seamless integration with the company’s network and systems.
As part of enhancing the office environment, Rejuvenate IT installed and configured a Sonos sound system whilst also installing Yealink meeting rooms systems. This not only provided high-quality audio for entertainment purposes but also improved communication capabilities during meetings and presentations.
Recognising the importance of reliable internet connectivity for Gozney’s operations, Rejuvenate IT arranged for the installation of a leased line. This dedicated connection offered faster speeds, lower latency, and greater reliability compared to traditional broadband services, ensuring uninterrupted access to online resources and applications.
Rejuvenate IT managed the migration of servers from Gozney’s old office location to the new one. This involved careful planning, coordination, and implementation to minimise downtime and data loss, ensuring continuity of operations throughout the transition.
